An award winning London based architectural and design practice, who work on a broad spectrum of projects in the hospitality, residential, retail, public and commercial sectors, are looking for a senior hospitalityinterior designer to join their already strong team of designers.
This is a great opportunity to take on a diverse role working across a number of projects.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Hospitality Interior Designer include:
- This role will involve originating ideas, whilst also being able to produce drawing packages to translate them into reality.
- Developing and preparing scheme designs.
- Producing delivery packages, construction drawings and tender packs.
- Delivering projects onto site.
Key attributes of the Hospitality Interior Designer include:
- The ideal candidate will have around 5-8 years experience, preferably working on fast paced restaurant and hospitality projects.
- You will be a client facing candidate with good supplier relationships, whilst also being a strong, hands on, all round designer.
- You will also have experience in leading a small team.
- Previous experience in delivering projects onto site is a must.
- Proficient use of Vectorworks.

We have a broad portfolio of residential work mostly in the tri-state area (Manhattan, Long Island, Upstate NY) with an occasional project outside the New York Area. Retail work is nationwide. We are currently hiring a design team member to work with our retail/commercial and residential design groups.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
Architecture degree (B Arch or M Arch).
- Office experience of 2-5 years building construction documents for retail store fit-outs and/or high-end residential apartments and residential wood frame construction.
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
- Confidently work directly with our design team, owners and contractors on multiple projects.
- Legal US work status.
- AutoCAD skills.
