Architectural required to work with a small architectural practice in Teddington, West London. The position requires assisting in developing design concepts, reports and design statements, producing reports and architectural and presentation drawings.

The position is suited to someone at a minimum of Part 2 qualified through to Part 3 with up to 2 years experience. You will need to be proficient in:

- AutoCAD
- Sketch-up
- Document production
- InDesign
- Photoshop.

We are seeking creative and collaborative Senior and Intermediate Architectural Designers with 10+ years of experience. Design passion, leadership and collaboration, coupled with effective communication and presentation skills, with both staff and clients, is a must. Must be able to quickly and effectively generate relevant and innovative concepts for various housing projects, mixed use and healthcare/senior living related projects, as well as collaborate effectively with both the Land planning Discipline (for multiple building component and/or phasing master plan interface), and the interior design discipline (for interior architecture overlap and integration). Design skills should include the ability to develop and coordinate the design intent of architectural details within the project teams, providing design leadership, throughout the project phases, to ensure continuity of the concept into the project delivery. You will have the opportunity to be a strong contributor in a positive, innovative and energetic studio environment with a nationally and internationally recognized firm who has been a longstanding leader of design trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

- Strong conceptual and schematic design skills.
- Create architectural designs and concepts through hand sketching and drafting.
- 10 years plus experience in architecture.
- 5 years plus multi-family residential experience.
- Proficient in Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Revit a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create client presentations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required.
- Licensed Architect preferred, not required.
