We are expanding our team in Singapore due to an increased workload and are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate - Rail Architect. The successful candidate will carry out the role of a Project Manager/Team Leader on a large and complex rail infrastructure project overseeing a team of architects.

- Preferred candidates for this exciting position will have at least 10 years experience in the design of both surface and underground rail stations and have completed a project where a significant design input was recognised.
- You will also possess strong skills and understanding of commercial and financial components of major developments, and highly developed negotiating skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest level.
- Experience on rail projects in Singapore is also highly desirable.

Our client is a boutique design firm with a strong luxury hospitality and restaurant portfolio both domestic and abroad. They have an all inclusive design team that brings projects from concept, brand identity through construction administration. The firm has an immediate need for a dynamic Interior Architect and/or Interior Designer, 2-5 years of experience, that can make immediate contributions on a variety of hospitality projects. This role will require concept generation, hand sketches, design development, brand identity, ff&e selection, scheduling, producing drawings, coordinating with consultants, acting as a client liaison, should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, the Adobe CS Suite and Microsoft Office and the ability to render in 3D Max/Viz, Grasshopper or Rhino. In general, we are looking for a dynamic individual with great communication skills, strong organizational abilities and the ability to effectively deliver unique and creative spaces within defined budgets. The firm has a non-hierarchal environment that allows for growth and responsibility that typically are not available within larger firms in the same niche.
