Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture is seeking a talented Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative studio environment. We are currently looking for an individual to fill a 3-6 month position, with a possible extension which will be dependent on the future workload.

Candidates for the Project Architect position must exhibit an ability to contribute to an energetic, fast-paced creative process, with a high level of ability to multitask and work toward numerous deadlines. All candidates must have strong organizational and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. General knowledge of 3D modeling, presentation and design software includes, but is not limited to: Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

The architectural designer duties include:

- Responsible for building system concepts and documentation process from schematic through construction administration phases within the discipline.
- Developing design presentations and contract documents.
- Conduct materials and product research as required for project development.
- Attend project meetings.
- Interface with other discipline team leaders.

Qualifications include:

- Professional architectural degree from an accredited school.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design.
- Experience assembling drawing sets.
