With an expanding portfolio of exciting projects we are looking to recruit an experienced Architect with 7-10 years experience managing public works contracts to join our Dublin team.
We welcome applications from candidates with the skills and experience set out below:
- Excellent design skills and creative flair.
- Management of large public works contracts.
- Strong CAD skills including at least 6 months experience using Revit.
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player with good communication skills.

Residential Interior Designer
17/06/2014A multi award winning, high-end development, project management and design house, that creates luxury private residences in exclusive areas around London and the Home Counties, are seeking a Mid-weight and Senior Residential Interior Designer to join their thriving company.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an elite high-end design agency, working on a broad range of inspiring and beautiful residential projects from initial design concepts through to completion.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Liaising with clients.
- Generating and developing design concepts.
- Producing detailed documentation and drawing packages.
- Delivering projects on to site.
Key attributes of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Client facing.
- Strong conceptual, presentation and technical skills.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD.
- A good understanding of opulent FF&E.
- Previous experience in the high-end residential sector.
In order to be considered for this role, a full clean driving license and ownership of a car is required.
