AUX Architecture is a design oriented studio working on high-end residential and hospitality projects locally and nationally. We are a young but broadly experienced company looking for Junior Architects with 5-10 years experience and designers with 2-5 years experience to join our team for full-time positions with lots of growth potential. The studio environment is hard working, but very casual and unconventional. We’re looking for people that aren’t looking for a standard 9-5 job and that can handle the mania of a quickly growing company. We also want people with good attitudes that can contribute and handle complex tasks in all project phases. At a minimum, the applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Junior Architects: 5-10 Years Experience. Designers: 2-5 Years Architectural Experience.
- An accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- Excellent graphic and architectural design skills.
- Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe CS Suite.
- Scripting software compatible with Rhino.
- Ability to build physical models.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Baseline Hillside Ordinance and Plan Check Experience preferred.
- And, must be dog lovers.
Compensation will be set relative to level of experience.

One of the leading Chinese Architectural firm is looking to build an international team based at their head office in Guangzhou. They have asked us to look for a lead senior landscape architect with at least 6 yrs experience to join their Landscape department, you will be a core member of their 50+ team working on commercial, public and mixed-use projects.
Your position as Senior Landscape Architect will involve leading the team from Master planning to detail design. This role will be client facing, require excellent communication and a natural ability to lead and create great designs. Mandarin is not a pre-requisite, but you need to have the appreciation for Chinese culture/history, and be able to envision design/concepts with great detail.
This Senior Landscape Architect role requires someone who is confident in using AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be advantageous. You will have the opportunity to work with leading Chinese developers, getting local knowledge, creating landscapes within the borders of one of the oldest, most progressive nations in the world.
