An opportunity to work in a dynamic new agency, supporting experienced Marketing and Creative Directors to build the growing reputation of the agency.

The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized, detail-obsessed self-starter with a passion for all things design. You must demonstrate a passion to see great work executed and a strong capacity for teamwork since all projects are delivered through collaboration with wider in-house and external teams. You must have the ability to juggle multiple projects and stay calm and collected under pressure.

The role will include creating and executing conceptual designs for Web, Print, POS, Packaging and occasionally Product Design. The work is varied and engaging across Fashion, Cosmetics, Food and Beverage, Financial and Lifestyle sectors. You will need to have the ability to mold your creative eye to match the industry look and feel for each different sector.

You will need to work effectively with the Creative and Brand Management teams, and pick up ad-hoc projects that arise, as the business is still relatively young. There will be significant opportunities for promotion upon demonstration of strong analytical and creative skills and the passion to deliver best results.

Requirements:

- 2-3+ years experience in creative industry, preferably in design for digital and web.
- Proficiency Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Excellent artistic knowledge of layout and typography.
- Knowledge of photography and printing process an advantage.
- Passionate in Brands and Marketing.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas and concepts.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, coupled with meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An interest in industry trends and willingness to present them the team(s).
- Strong language skills: fluent written and spoken Cantonese and excellent English.
