O’Brian Muehleisen Architecture Studio (OMAS) is a rigorous international architecture and design practice. Candidates will require the following:
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree required.
- 2-3 years of work experience.
- Extensive experience working in and around New York City.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong visual presentation and graphic skills.
- Excellent 3D modeling, rendering (Rhino).
- Excellent CAD, drafting (AutoCAD).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must be able to draw by hand, sketch.
- Must be able to build physical models.
- Highly self motivated.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Valid US work status.

Lab Architects require a Part 2/ 3 Architectural Assistant / Architect with two to five years of experience to join our creative office in Chelsea, London to work on a number of interesting new projects.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following attributes:
- Excellent design sensibility.
- Competent ability to take projects from concept design through technically proficient detailing and specification to delivery.
- UK planning, construction and site experience, preferably in the private residential sector.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- The ability to work intuitively and independently and to get along in a team.
- Microstation and Adobe Creative Suite proficient.
This role is offered on a permanent basis, with a salary related to experience.
