Intermediate architect
- 3-5 years experience working in international offices.
- Ability to lead a team for all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, and construction techniques.
- Ability to translate complex designs into clear, concise details and construction documents.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong graphic and design skills.
- Excellent 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Chinese is a plus.
