Intermediate architect
- 3-5 years experience working in international offices.
- Ability to lead a team for all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, and construction techniques.
- Ability to translate complex designs into clear, concise details and construction documents.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong graphic and design skills.
- Excellent 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Chinese is a plus.

We are looking for an interior designer with 1-3 years experience for an entry level position. Responsibilities include working with senior designers in space planning, drafting, and materials and furniture selection. Projects include prime interiors, commercial spaces, and academic buildings. Candidates must have an accredited degree from an established institution. Open work environment in renovated warehouse in Old Town. Walk from King Street Metro.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Excellent computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, CADD & Revit).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.
