RMM Architects, an international studio, is offering fixed-term positions for Part III Architects and Project Architects.

Responsibilities include project team leading and project running, researching and developing solutions to architectural problems, developing and drafting concept and detail designs in CAD and by hand. Must be RIBA Part III equivalent. Fluency in Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite and excellent model-making skills are required as a minimum. Experience in Rhino, Maxwell and BIM are advantageous. Good English speaking and writing skills are required.

For the Project Architect position at least two years experience as project lead at design stages and/or delivery stages is required. All candidates will be required to demonstrate experience of having worked independently, as well as experience in preparation of planning and construction packages.

Must be a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Specialist practice with projects across high end residential have a urgent requirement for a Architect or experienced Architectural Part II with both front end and delivery experience to join their team to work a variety of projects. The successful architect will need to lead from the front and be able to work in Vectorworks and have excellent design as well as technical/delivery knowledge.

Working across all RIBA stages you will need to show design flair and have had some job running experience if possible through to delivery/site experience.

- Working knowledge of CAD systems, Vectorworks is preferred and Sketchup / Indesign advantageous -Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types.
- You must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of building contracts and UK building regulations alongside producing quality in both design and technical detailing to a very high standard. You will also closely with both clients and contractors.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate (Vectorworks), self-motivated, a clear thinker, alongside a strong team player.
- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with strong experience of working within the United Kingdom.
