Project / Intermediate Architect

We are a recognized leader in the design of high-density multi-family residential, senior care, commercial and mixed-use projects. We currently have an opportunity in our Santa Monica office for a well-rounded individual who meets the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in Architecture following a degree in Architecture.
- Familiarity with Multi-Family and Commercial projects.
- Able to communicate effectively with strong verbal skills.
- Strong AutoCAD and presentation skills are required.
- Strong graphics skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Additional graphic program skills a plus, i.e. FormZ, Rhino, Sketch-up, Maxwell, and/or Vray, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- On track to licensure preferred.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

Senior Architect
20/04/2015Design based Architectural Practice requires Exceptional and Experienced Senior Architect to lead and run UK and International Projects.
UberRaum is a London-based vibrant practice with a diverse and expanding portfolio of built work in the UK and Internationally. Our projects range from master planning, residential, commercial and retail to government buildings, television studios and exhibition design.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect (Part III) to join our management team and help us deliver our growing portfolio of projects.
This role will provide the opportunity to lead multiple projects and teams to deliver high-end solutions for residential, retail and international government projects, ranging in size and complexity.
To be considered for this position, the basic core requirements are:
- Passion for design.
- First-class communication and people management skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
- Ability to work in complex client environments, e.g. embassies.
- Strong ability to handle multitasking situations in periods with a high level pace.
- Sound knowledge of technical construction and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards.
- Experience of Microstation and Revit are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Turkish and / or German are qualifying.
The position is available immediately.
The salary is negotiable based upon previous experience but will be commensurate with a senior position.
