Form Design Architecture is a friendly, award-winning practice based in Bermondsey Street near London Bridge and has an immediate requirement for a talented and enthusiastic Riba Part III qualified Architect to work on a folio of interesting top end residential and development projects. Applicants should combine demonstrable design and communication skills with proven technical and organisational abilities, and have experience of producing detailed construction information and carrying projects through to completion on site. Familiarity with UK Construction legislation and technology in practice including a sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations is essential.

Applicants must be capable AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Microsoft Office users. NBS and Photoshop experience an advantage. Applicants who also have proven capabilities with Revit should come to the front of the queue!

An international multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join their team in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

- Front end design work.
- Developing detailed design and construction documentation.
- Assist with bid proposals and presentation of bids.
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.
- Preparation of applications for planning and building control departments.
- Preparation of tender documents for contracts.
- Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
- Coordinating with contractors and other professionals.

Requirements:

- BA in Architecture with at least five 5 years' post qualification.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the GCC.
- Detailed interior design experience.
- Revit experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
