Reddymade Design is currently seeking a full-time designer to join our fast-paced design studio. Applicants can expect an immersive experience where they will engage in projects of varying size and scope as they are taken from conception to completion.
Strong verbal and visual communications skills are a must; familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, model making, hand-rendering and material knowledge are necessary. Experience filing with the New York City Department of Buildings, as well as the Building Code and Zoning By-Laws are an asset.
Ideal applicants will demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, resourcefulness and diligence with an affinity for detailing. We are looking for applicants with 3+ years of experience in an architecture and/or interior design office, and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
This position is immediately available. Salary is commensurate with experience.

This is a great opportunity for an accomplished Architect to assume an associate director position in an exciting young and growing chartered practice in Battersea, London. The starting salary will be £48,000. Will be expected to help the directors lead design innovation and direction within the practice. We would be looking for the initial role to grow over time as trust builds with consequential pay increases.
Experienced designer:
Must have an extensive degree of high-end London-based residential experience through all Riba work stages including on-site Contract Administration. It is critical the employee has mature and innovative design skills which will be demonstrable through their portfolio and references.
Able manager:
We require someone who has worked in a director / associate position historically. They will be expected to provide oversight for all projects in the practice and handle day-to-day issues that arise. Staff management experience is critical with excellent team building skills. They will also be directly managing their own higher level projects from inception to completion.
Other strengths required:
Must be thorough, responsible, diligent, proactive and inclined to take initiative. An ability to engage with the diverse range of people involved in the design process, client satisfaction being paramount. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in hand-drawing and AutoCAD.
