Andy Foster Architects are currently looking to take on a project architect and also have student placements available for part I year out students.
The project architect role will involve independently running small to medium size projects (£100K-£500K) at all work stages as well as working as part of a team on larger schemes. Ideally candidates should have min. 3 years post Part III experience working in a variety of sectors including private residential. Due to projects being in rural locations, a driving licence and use of a car is essential.

- Liaising and presenting to clients.
- Making key decisions and taking responsibility for projects.
- Helping to deliver the high standard of services.
- Driving concepts from inception to site completion.
- Developing drawing packages and managing projects onto site.
Key attributes of the Workplace Interior Designer include:
- A good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- 4+ years gained working in the workplace sector.
- Relevant experience of briefing, space-planning & concept design development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
