Our Client, an internationally known Architectural design firm, is accepting CV’s from qualified interested professionals for the role of Field Architect.
Job responsibilities:
- Primary studio responsible for drawing and coordinating drawings with the Macau and Las Vegas based design teams.
- Primary role for verifying existing conditions in the field.
- Primary role for observing Construction progress for adherence to design intent.
- Primary role for reviewing Shop Drawings and Submittals.
- Assist the Studio Leader and Senior Architect with the running of the project.
- Collaboration role with Las Vegas design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- Excellent Construction Document drawings skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in the region is desirable.
- Professional registration is desirable.

- Dependent on experience.

Position qualifications:
- Multifamily experience is a must.
- 2 – 5 years for Intermediate Position.
- 5 – 10 years for Senior Position.
- High density residential / mixed use experience a must.
- Passion for design, creative.
- Good communication skills with client and staff.
- Strong presentation skills, including experience with Photoshop & Sketchup.
- Versatile in design styles, traditional-modern.
- Fast learner-self motivated.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Worked in Conceptual Design through Construction Document Phases.
- Strong in drawing technology AutoCAD / Revit.
- Familiar with building materials.
- Architectural college degree.
