PellOverton is an award-winning design office located in Soho. We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Junior Designer to work on current educational, residential, and commercial projects. This is a full-time and ideally long-term position. Applicants must possess the following:
- Completed degree from an accredited Architecture degree program in the United States (B.Arch, M.Arch, BS Arch). Note: we are not currently considering candidates with Interior Design degrees.
- 100% fluency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray, Grasshopper and Adobe imaging software.
- 100% fluency in English with strong writing skills.
- 1-2 years prior professional experience in an architecture office, with preference given to those candidates who have worked for similarly minded offices in New York.
- Strong familiarity with working drawings and basic detailing.
- Extremely strong graphic sensibilities and design portfolio. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a range of skills, from physical model building, to rendering, to detailing.
- And an easy going, friendly personality and a can-do attitude.
Lastly, applicants must be fully eligible to work in the U.S., currently located in New York, and available to start immediately.

The Cave Co-operative is a sustainably driven chartered practice, working in a range of sectors including residential, commercial, mixed use and community projects.
We are looking for an architect with post-registration experience to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. We require applicants with a strong knowledge and application of ecological and sustainable design principles, with a focus on low impact construction methods preferred. The successful applicant can expect to be running projects at all workstages, and contributing to our creative studio atmosphere and co-operative ethos.
We work on PCs and use Vectorworks, experience with these are essential. We also use Sketchup, OpenOffice and Adobe Creative Suite.
