Minton Architects Ltd is looking for an architect /architectural technician with at least three years’ experience, post qualification.

Applicants should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with good design, and technical skills. You will be confident to work on your own initiative and be proactive in providing design solutions. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills enabling you to liaise directly with clients, contractors and other professionals within the industry.

Essential skills:

- At least 3 years’ experience within an architectural practice, based in the UK.
- Excellent construction detailing skills.
- Knowledge of current UK Planning Procedures and Building Regulations.
- Experience of working with AutoCAD LT, Sketch-Up and Microsoft Office.
- Previous residential experience.
- A strong command of written and spoken English.

The position offers involvement in a wide range of challenging and interesting projects throughout the Midlands and beyond.
