This 80 strong Central London Design practice seek a Design Architect / Senior Architect for a retail design and fit out project on an initial 3 month contract, which could turn permanent for the right candidate.
They are a world class architectural practice based in central London with an amazing reputation. The successful Design Architect / Senior Architect will be working on the design of a well known high street store focusing primarily on the interior elements of the project.
The project is in its early stages and the Design Architect / Senior Architect will be particulary talented in the area of early stages of design.
To be considered for this role, the Design Architect / Senior Architect must be a qualified architect with high quality retail interiors experience.

MN Design Professional Corporation is seeking qualified applicants for an open position on our growing design team:
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Architecture (minimum) from an accredited educational institution.
- 3-5 years professional experience.
- Understanding of construction means and methods, detailing, and documentation.
- Professional experience in high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe CS.
- Team-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Detail and research-oriented.
- Motivated and curious.
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in design and management on a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including, but not limited to:
- Collaboration on design with project team members.
- Communication directly with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Coordination of and participation in project meetings from schematic design through construction administration.
- Involvement in construction administration, including shop drawing and submittal reviews, site meetings, site reports, etc.
- Involvement in development of intra-office managerial and operations standards.
