Interior Designer
07/08/2015A mid-sized architectural and interior design practice are looking for a Workplace Strategy Interior Designer, who will be working on commercial office buildings, both large and small.
Their client base is varied including blue chip large practices and smaller lifestyle companies. The role will require you to understand the client’s needs, values, work processes and culture. You will then use this knowledge to create a strategy for brand experience, space planning, planning and managing organizational change.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Workplace Strategy Interior Designer include:
The Workplace Strategy Interior Designer will be working both in the UK and internationally exploring spatial design, undertaking strategic space planning studies as well as analysing space planning, furniture selection and interior space specification across a range of building typologies. As a Workplace Strategy Interior Designer, you will be working as part of an integrated project team.
Key attributes of the Workplace Strategy Interior Designer include:
Previous strategy planning experience is a must, as is excellent CAD and drafting skills. You will possess exceptional research, data analysis and report writing skills and must be confident in understanding client needs. You will possess strong communication skills and feel comfortable liaising and influencing at all levels across the business. You will approach your work in a systematic and organised manner with a high level of attention to detail.
