Busy design practice who is rapidly growing is recruiting for an experienced Architect to join their growing team. They are a young dynamic office and look for an individual that can rise within the practice. Their work is super contemporary and minimal in style and they work across a couple of different sectors. This is a true Architect role where you will be fully involved in projects from concept to completion. They have a full project pipeline and need a capable Architect who can take on board more responsibility. Ideally you will have experience across all Riba stages, with client facing and some job running experience to be considered for this role. They are flexible as to the types of projects you have worked on. You will also ideally be proficient with Vectorworks (although training can be provided).

Riba or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.

COOKFOX Architects is seeking an architect with 5-7 years professional experience and excellent design skills to join our 70-person studio. We are seeking candidates with experience on high-end single-family residential projects. The best candidates will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for environmental sustainability, dedication to design, impeccable communication skills, and experience with all phases of residential projects.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

- 5-7 years professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience and interest in high-end single-family residential projects.
- Strong design skills, excellent graphic presentation, and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in all phases of design, particularly construction documents and construction administration, and direct engagement with a variety of consultants and stakeholders.
- Experience in leading a project team is preferred.
- Computer skills should include, AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Revit (not required, but a positive).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong communication skills.
