You will:

- Be simultaneously leading and designing the conceptual designs for numerous projects.
- Have experience managing a team of designers / draftsmen throughout the project.
- Have thorough knowledge of FF&E, space planning and detailing.
- Have had experience at onsite execution stage and be comfortable liaison with clients and other necessary departments throughout the project life cycle.
- Have a minimum of 7-10 years experience, with a "wow" portfolio of either hospitality/retail projects.
- Middle East experience is a preference however not required.
