Backen, Gillam & Kroeger Architects is currently seeking Architects with 5+ years of experience in residential, winery, and hospitality projects for its Sausalito and Saint Helena offices. The ideal candidate will bring with them a creative and well-rounded portfolio; must be able to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants through the design and construction process to ensure that projects are adhering to outlined project schedules. Qualified candidates should have:

- 5+ years design and / or technical experience.
- BA, BArch or MArch.
- Expertise in AutoCAD 2013, AutoDesk, and Revit.
- Experience with Sketch Up Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
- The ability to work in a team environment and have strong organizational and communication skills.

Their client base ranges from local authorities, social housing providers and private developers so a unique blend of project exposure will be on offer.

They are continuing to win major multi-million pound projects within the public sector and now need to bolster their ranks at the Project Architect level with individuals who possess proven experience within the large-scale residential sector.

The client is urgently searching for ARB registered Architects who come with excellent job running skills, solid all round experience from initial brief through to delivery on site, AutoCAD literacy, superb communication and organisational skills and can fit well into a fantastic hardworking yet unbelievable work / life balance environment. Revit skills would be advantageous.
