Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is a full service design oriented firm seeking an Intermediate Level Designer. KBA is located in lower Manhattan working in Residential, Commercial, Institutional construction.

Responsibilities include participation in all phases of:

- Schematic Design - Architectural Design & Renderings.
- Design development.
- Construction documents.
- Construction administration.

Candidate profile:

- 5 year B.Arch. Degree or M.Arch Degree.
- 3-5 years experience.
- Experience in Revit a strong plus.
- Experience in AutoCAD a plus.
- Knowledge in Adobe Suite a plus.
- Ability to render in Rhino or 3DS Max a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Legal US work status.
