Architect
31/08/2015Established award winning and growing practice based in Central London who work across sectors including residential, commerical, heritage, mixed use, and hotels are recruiting for an experiened Architect to join them.
You will need to have strong technical knowledge as well as design experience as you will be required to prepare scheme design information and implementation design, including package work, detailing and co-ordinated design work as part of a team.
Continued training is on offer from this practice, including BIM/Revit as the practice transitions to this. You must be proficient in ArchiCAD to be considered for this role currently.

Job responsibilities:
- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project team.
Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.
