Established architecture and chartered planning practice in Sutton on South London/Surrey border close to mainline rail links seeks dynamic person who is likely to have several years residential practice experience and is either riba level 2 or 3 or a recently qualified architect or architectural technician who wants a hands on role in a small team of 6 professionals led by chartered architect and chartered planner.

You must have proven experience of residential design. You will be self-motivated as well as an excellent team player, a great communicator and possess an all-round skill set to contribute to the overall success of the architecture and planning team.

It is essential you are proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop desirable. Excellent English for verbal and written communications essential. You must be keen to learn particularly in the residential field where we specialise, be interested in planning, have a good design ability and ideally experience of producing building regulation applications although this can be taught if there is a good understanding of UK construction practice.

Our company is growing and we want someone who will stay and grow with us. We are working towards RIBA chartered practice status and are already RTPI chartered planners so it is essential you are committed to the RIBA professional code.
