Campbell Architects Studio has a vacancy for an experienced Project Architect.

Projects cover a wide spectrum of high quality commercial, residential and mixed use schemes. The candidate will need to be skilled at liaising with clients, running large projects and coordinating design teams. Strong design skills across all Riba design stages are a must, with site/delivery experience as well. Contract administration would be an advantage. We are looking for a candidate with good leadership qualities who can manage the studio team as well as run projects. This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring professional Architect to make the next step into a management role within an established practice. Requirements:

- ARB / Riba registered Architect with UK experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- People management experience.
- Strong design and detailing experience with good technical knowledge.
- Vectorworks skill.

Qualifications:

- Professional architecture degree, B.Arch or higher.
- 1 – 3 years design and construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign and MS Office.
- Ability to effectively communicate with design team.
- Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documents.

Responsibilities:

- Produce drawings for all design phases, conceptual design through construction documents.
- Produce materials for client presentations.
- Research manufacturers' materials, systems and specifications.
- Coordinate design with all consultants, including renderers, model builders and engineers.
