- Candidates should possess a degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college.
- 3-6 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office required.
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D Max is a plus.
- Strong graphics and design skills are required.
- Knowledge of California native and Mediterranean plants is required.
- Experience in Construction Documentation is required.
- Experience in Construction Administration is a plus.
- A California license in Landscape Architecture is a plus, but is not required to apply.

Candidates should have project experience from design concept, through design development and construction documentation. The position has potential for professional growth.

Gravity Design Associates Ltd is a friendly and vibrant multi-disciplinary practice based on Bermondsey Street, London SE1.

We have an immediate requirement for an enthusiastic and experienced Architect to lead the architectural projects team. Our current architectural projects include high end residential refurbishments, permitted development conversions and various sized new build projects. The practice is also involved in overseas developments, retail, leisure and commercial projects within the UK.

Applicants will need a strong planning bias combined with excellent construction, building regulation and contract administration knowledge as well as being comfortable with the client liaison role.

Applicants must be AutoCAD fluent and be able to guide a design team from inception through to project completion.

The position is offered Full Time PAYE and salary is dependent on experience.
