Job description:

The preferred candidate should have a strong interest/knowledge in 2D and 3D modeling and rendering as well as some experience in all design phases.

Candidates must hold a professional degree in architecture and 3-7 years of relevant US experience focused within the corporate interior niche Software Skills should include AutoCAD, Rendering Software (3D Studio Max, Rhino, and/or SketchUp), Microsoft Office , and the Adobe Suite Revit knowledge is a plus, but is not required Project experience in New York City and knowledge of applicable building codes is preferred.

Compensation / benefits:

This full-time, salaried position, within the $55,000-75,000 range, includes opportunities for career advancement, profit sharing, 401K, TransitChek, partial educational / training reimbursements, full medical insurance and vacation / personal days.

The candidate should be hard working and have a minimum of 1-3 years job experience with skills in 3D modeling and drafting . Experience with rendering is a plus. The job is demanding but hours are fair. The position requires communication skills, time management, and multi-tasking. Looking for someone mature who is looking to stay and grow with our design firm while learning to be involved in all aspects of design and project management. Full-time applicants are preferred. Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
- 1-3 years full-time experience.
