Candidates will have the following qualifications:

- Outstanding conceptual skills and design talent.
- Excellent 3D digital modeling and 2D graphic and documentation skills.
- 3 to 5 years post-graduate design experience.
- Excellent experience on a Design Team for a large scale and complex project.
- Ability to take responsibility and initiative, work under pressure, and manage their time.
- Knowledgeable in the preparation and development of drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design.
- Ability to contribute effectively to a collaborative and creative approach to design.
- Fluent in English and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in leading US or International architecture firm.
- US Citizen or eligible to work in the USA.
