A fast growing property and design consultancy specialising in luxury residential developments are seeking a Residential Interior Designer to join their growing practice. Fitting in with their design team who pride themselves on their carefully selected developments, re-designed and re-built from the inside out, maintaining a property’s traditional features whilst adding touches of contemporary.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Liaising with clients confidently.
- Preparing sample boards, schedules, drawings and specifications for tender.
- Generating and developing design concepts.
- Delivering projects on to site.
Key attributes of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- 3 years+ experience in the high-end residential sector.
- Strong design and technical skills.
- Able to produce strong drawings, visuals and sketches.
- Confident in dealing with clients.
- Ability to work in a team and under your own initiative.

Project Architect is a project leadership position with responsibility for architectural design and technical production of projects.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead / assists a project team in development of the aesthetic and technical design and the preparation of architectural design and construction documents including drawings and specifications.
- Collaborates with or serves as the Project Designer for the design of the project.
- Develops, checks and coordinates technical aspects of the design of a project.
- Leads in organizing the drawing, BIM modeling efforts.
- Prepares the project code review.
- Coordinates the work of Consultants.
- Meets with client.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- Mentors junior staff.
- Follows established standards for project production and review.
- Keeps Project Manager and Principal in Charge informed of progress or need for assistance.
Key skills:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture is required.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Strong organization, communication, technical and graphic skills.
- Demonstrated experience in and readiness to lead the technical details of projects.
- Proficient with computer-assisted design software such as Revit AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design; 3D software such as Sketchup.
- Proficient with other data management software such as Word and Excel.
- License required.
