Res4 is currently seeking entry level Architects with 1-3 years experience in high-end residential work. We're looking for someone who is interested in learning and growing quickly, while participating in all phases of the design and construction process.
Current projects include a number of ground-up single-family homes (both modular and site-built) in and around NYC, as well as apartment and loft renovations.
Candidates are expected to possess the following qualifications:
- Strong Design, Graphic, and Communication Skills.
- Quality Construction Document experience.
- Well organized.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in multiple computer programs including Revit, Vectorworks, Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop, and others.

The candidate is required to have:
- Arb registration.
- A minimum of five years post Part III experience.
- Project running capability.
- Experience with designing affordable and private housing in the UK.
- Knowledge and understanding of UK planning policy.
- Good comprehension of the UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good ArchiCAD skills or an ability to learn new software quickly.
