Levin-Morris is a small architectural design firm located in West Hollywood, with a current focus on multi-family and mixed-use projects, but with a broad portfolio of building types. We are seeking an Junior / Intermediate Designer. Our very small firm size provides a highly collaborative studio environment, with the opportunity to work on all phases of a project and to grow within the firm. Excellent English speaking and writing ability is essential.

Job description:
- Develop design and presentation drawings under the direction of the principals.
- Develop and coordinate construction documents under the direction of the principals.
- Build physical models, typically in wood.
Requirements:
- Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a US College or University.
- Excellent drawing skills in AutoCAD.
- Minimum 2 years of experience producing architectural design and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and speaking skills.
- Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Authorized to work in the US without need for employee sponsorship.

Small, friendly architecture design studio in North London is looking for two talented post recently qualified Architects to support the Project Architects on various private residential projects as well as a contemporary restaurant project situated under existing railway arches. The candidate should have a strong design sense, initiative and organisational skills. At present, the studio specialises in the refurbishment, alteration and extension of domestic and commercial properties in London. Our design ethos is contemporary with a strong emphasis on materials and an understanding of historic buildings. The studio is currently in the process of growing and the candidate should have the desire and ambition to contribute to this exciting development.
Candidates should:
- Have skill in Vectorworks (Mac), or be prepared to learn.
- Have skill in Photoshop, SketchUp and / or 3D Rhino (or similar).
- Have a good level of competency in written and spoken communication skills.
- Be keen to grasp the skills of contract administration.
- Be hands-on and eager to develop their competence in construction detailing.
- Be willing to work concurrently on projects, including competitions.
- Have initiative and enthusiasm, contributing to the building of the practice.
As a small practice we offer hands-on experience at all stages of a project and will seek to increase team members responsibility quickly if they prove their capability.
