10 is a young award winning International Partnership of Architectural and Urban Designers.

10 works at a range of scales and operate within all sectors; including corporate, cultural, hospitality, retail, education and residential and have offices in Hong Kong, Edinburgh, and Dubai.

10 are currently seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented Designers and Senior Designers to join their expanding studio in Edinburgh. While the studio sits within the heart of Edinburgh’s historical old town, the project work is truly international with commissions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

10 are looking for ambitious candidates with passion and a proven design portfolio who are looking to work on exciting international projects in a dynamic design led environment.

All candidates must have:

- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- International experience is an advantage.
- Strong design skills and the ability to communicate visually.
- Built Project Experience where delivery of concept has been achieved is preferred.
- As the office works primarily in 3d knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop.
- Willingness to travel.

The Architectural Designer will work with project teams on a wide range of architectural design projects including commercial, corporate, and academic/institutional facilities.

Qualified candidates should have five to seven years of experience designing and coordinating projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration phases. Candidates should have thorough knowledge of building systems and the experience to coordinate or assemble a comprehensive drawing set. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, able to give and receive feedback, have the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks internally and among other project disciplines. Effective communication with teammates, consultants and clients is extremely important. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign Suite and AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
