Found Associates are looking for a Senior Part III Architect for an exciting high-end luxury projects.
The candidate must have at least 3 years post Part III Architect experience and have in-depth knowledge of projects from end to end.
We are looking for an Architect who is design led and has worked on extraordinary projects like the below.
The following criteria are non negotiable:
- Riba Part lll or ARB registered Project Architect.
- Must have excellent client facing skills.
- Must have a minimum of three years post part III UK experience.
- Must have experience running high-end residential (single occupancy) projects.
- Must be UK projects that the applicant has seen through from initial client contact to completion.
- Experience in single occupancy homes over 1 million, at least one new build.
- Must have experience in all work stages; be motivated and enthusiastic with good design technical skills.
- Must have excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Job purpose:
The Architectural Designer is part of an in-house team of professionals that execute retail projects for a prestigious international luxury fashion house, within Greater China and Asia Pacific regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design development through construction documentation for retail interiors and external facades..
- Developing 3D visual presentations to communicate design/ details to various stakeholders.
- Coordination of design implementation on-site alongside the project team.
- Coordination of FF&E and Procurement items for boutique design delivery.
Job specifications:
- University degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Employment experience in an international/esteemed architectural or interior design practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in a 3D visualization software such as Sketchup, Rhino, 3D Studio Max…etc.
- Strong graphic presentation skills are essential.
- Commitment to team approach, strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and openness to explore and grow along a professional career path.
