Respected international design focused practice based in Central London is looking for experienced Architects with at least an intermediate level of Revit experience to join them. You will be working on large mixed use, and residential projects using Revit. Working across all RIBA stages you will need to show design flair and have had some job running/delivery experience. The architect will need to be at least an intermediate user of Revit.

Position overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative thinking, interior designer/intermediate-level architect who can provide a full range of design and technical skills to support a project team. Core activities include space planning, design detail and materials research, detailing and coordination. The ideal candidate will share a passion for architecture and designing in a team environment where collaboration skills are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Design coordination and detailing.
- Document preparation.
- Construction observation.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- A passion for design, a strong sense of aesthetics, a commitment to mutual professional respect on the team.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior work in successfully leading project teams and coordinating with project consultants and clients.
- Strong design skills as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Solid experience in Interior Space Planning, sourcing and specifying FF&E and finishes, and proficiency in developing schematic plans into 3D concepts for a variety of large and small projects.
- Leed accredited preferred.
Education and experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- NCIDQ preferred.
