You will be working both high end and developer led residential projects both in Surrey and Central London. Working across all the RIBA stages you will have excellent design as well as technical/delivery knowledge with full client and contractor management experience.

Required:
– Riba or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
– Site and delivery/technical experience alongside strong design ethos.
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team.
- Experience of various forms of building contract (D&B, CM, Traditional).

Either way, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent / relevant degree from an accredited program.
Responsible for finished design, material selection and construction documents. May supervise a small staff of architects and technicians. Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principals and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields. Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities. Requires use of advanced techniques, modification / extension of theories, precepts, and practices commonly used in this field. Responsible for implementing project objectives, critical issues, and design concepts. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans. Assists principal and project manager as required.
