Le Lay Architects has a vacancy for a recent Part III Architect to join their small team in Chelsea, London.

We are currently working on high-end residential projects, church reordering, and the re-development of pub sites. We have a long held reputation for good design in sensitive historic contexts. Our work frequently includes Victorian and Georgian architecture, listed buildings and conservation areas. As part of our ongoing practice research Le Lay Architects supports The Foundry Gallery and together we investigate the impact of Art on the discipline of Architecture.

Taking on this role would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience in managing high-end projects from conception to completion.

Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate:

- An ability to manage projects and collaborate with other designers, consultants and contractors.
- Good design, drawing and CAD skills.
- An understanding of planning and building control procedure.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to prepare supporting written documentation, specifications and schedules.
- Proven UK residential experience.

Kenny and Khan Architects is a small firm specialized in educational facilities.

We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for a full-time position in our office.

Candidates should have a professional B-Arch or M-Arch degree along with 1-5 years of experience, including experience with projects in construction in NYC. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an easy to work with personality. Someone who is self-motivated and versatile would be a great fit for our team.

This position will involve working on multiple projects in various stages, and responsibilities cover a wide range including: administrative work, drafting, surveying, design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and experience with Revit, 3D modeling and graphic software is a plus. In addition, a willingness to continuously grow and learn new skills is a must.
