A South West London based high-end interior design company are seeking a Residential Interior Designer to join their team working on luxury private residences.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Liaising with clients.
- Generating and developing design concepts.
- Preparing schedules, specifications and drawings for tender.
- Producing detailed documentation and drawing packages.
- Delivering projects on to site.
Key attributes of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Proficient in using AutoCAD.
- 2-4 years’ experience.
- Client facing.
- Strong conceptual, presentation and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under your own initiative.

We are seeking a senior licensed architect or landscape architect who is committed to a rigorous collaborative work environment where she / he will contribute to the creation of high level landscape architecture from concept through execution. Talented architects with significant landscape experience will also be given higher priority. Dual-degree professionals a bonus.
The candidate must possess:
- Registered Architect or Landscape Architect.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of architecture or landscape architecture experience.
- Diverse project experience through all phases of design.
- Experience administering and managing projects with large consultant teams.
- International project management experience is encouraged.
- Client management experience preferred.
- Experience creating and participating in client presentations.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe CS, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of planting design, materials and technical aspects of landscape architecture.
- A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional design and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
