Project Architects:
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 8 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Building Design (planning & detailing).
- Minimum 8 years in a senior position.
- Exposure to foreign architectural work is ideal.
- Quality minded; must work on high standards projects.
- Good interpersonal, communications and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be conversant on AutoCAD, Rhinoceros & SketchUp.
- Willing to work on extended hours and under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
Senior Interior Designers:
- Degree in Interior Design.
- Minimum 6 years experience.
- Attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhinoceros & SketchUP.
- Fuent in English with good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Exposure to foreign interior design work is ideal.

Job description:
- Create and develop design concepts.
- Lead project teams from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation.
- Lead in Construction Administration of projects.
- Physical and digital modelling and drawing of design concepts.
- Create details from design concepts.
- Working with clients; candidates should be able to effectively manage consultant, client, and contractor communications.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from an architectural program. Bachelor's in architecture graduates will also be considered.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling programs (Rhino preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe CS suite, MS Word and Excel.
- Competency in algorithmic scripting preferred.
- Experience working with clients and managing small projects.
- Experience creating construction documentation, including details of designs.
