Our 15-person office seeks a motivated, thoughtful, and detail-oriented candidate with a professional degree and 5-7 years of working experience. Previous experience must include all phases of Project Design and Construction Administration including development of design documents, construction detailing, and coordination of project consultants. Candidates must be familiar with complex building construction drawings and details, and researching materials and building systems.

AutoCAD proficiency is necessary. Revit experience is a plus. Leed accreditation, and familiarity with Adobe applications and 3-dimensional modeling is preferred.

Since 1988, our services have reached an international client base, and our experience has grown to encompass projects of any size, complexity, and use. We are seeking a full time Project Designer.

- A minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience in design firm.
- Design experience in hotel, apartment, and industrial complex.
- Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understands and leads the integration of code, zoning, market specific best practices and other issues into the project.
- Advance knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), 3D program (sketch-up, Rhino, 3D Max, Revit), and Microsoft Office.
- English and Korean bilingual is a plus.
