We are currently looking for a licensed architect who wants to join our non-traditional design firm. Our ideal candidate is someone with technical knowledge and construction experience who has a keen eye for details and wants to grow as an independent leader while working on a variety of mixed used building projects.

Desired attributes:

- New York registered architect (AIA a plus).
- Revit proficiency a must.

Studio Marchetti is a small design-oriented architecture practice located in Union Square, specializing in high-end residential work. We seek a junior designer for a full-time position to help with two new townhouse projects.

Successful candidates will work closely with the principal, collaborating in all phases of design (including client contact), approvals, and construction. An B.Arch. or M.Arch degree is a requirement, as is a track record in producing construction documents. Prior office experience in high-end residential design would be terrific, though not necessary. The studio environment is relaxed, and most days include a good dose of fun.

Candidates need strong graphic skills, expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, VRay, + Adobe Design Suite, the ability to work independently with high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
