We are a young practice who have achieved rapid growth and are now looking to develop the company in both size and quality of output. The successful candidate will be a key part of this team and instrumental in shaping its success.

In order to continue this growth, we are looking for a confident and flexible Senior Architect / Delivery Leader to take on a key role overseeing multiple residential projects and developing this young growing practice. The successful candidate will have excellent project and personnel management skills and will be involved in the day to day management of the practice, developing and deploying systems and standards. We are looking for someone who can inspire and manage a team in addition to implementing effective management systems.

Key skills include:

- Riba qualified with demonstrable experience at every level of the project cycle.
- Experience in all RIBA stages and on new build projects.
- Confident in detailing and all aspects of construction.
- Ability to manage contractors and steer the progress of projects on site.
- Good people skills and an ability to lead a team and get the most out of staff.
- Experience of managing large and diverse consultant teams whilst keeping the Client’s objectives in mind.
- An understanding of procurement, programming and time management.
- Able to manage the workload of others.
- Knowledge of QA systems and ability to alter and design practice solutions in order to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Strong English language, both verbal and written, essential.

We are looking for someone who can bring their years of experience to help develop and shape our systems. The role will be hugely challenging, but will be diverse in its scope allowing a great deal of responsibility. The position will offer many opportunities as the practice expands, giving the potential to develop the role further.

My client, an architectural studio in Dubai, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join their expanding team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence and promoting design innovation across the team. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion and for ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest of international standards.

This is a client facing role with responsibility for managing multiple design interfaces, liaising with local authorities and coordinating with other disciplines and consultants.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- A BA Architecture or equivalent.
- 8+ years’ experience.
- A strong background in design and project coordination of large-scale complex projects.
- As well as strong leadership and people management experience are essential.
- Previous UAE experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English are also essential.
