Project Architect
05/10/2015Job description: Busy, creative design firm with offices in Culver City and Santa Barbara seeking B.Arch or M.Arch graduate with 10+ years of experience in the United States, preferably in contemporary commercial projects, residential design and mixed use buildings. We can offer the right person a great opportunity to design, manage, and lead in a firm that strives for design excellence. Revit knowledge is required.
Position requirements: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in conceptual design, design presentation, construction documentation and construction administration. We are seeking a talented individual with the ability to work both independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a project team. Excellent management and communication skills are essential. Strong organizational and technical skills are required. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or have permanent residence status and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture. CA Licensure is required.

Junior / Middle Weight Interior Designer
05/10/2015We are a consultative Architectural and Interior Design Company specialising in the high-end residential and commercial market. Our projects are mainly high-end residential properties within prime locations in London.
We are looking for:
- Junior to Middle-weight Designer.
- High-end residential project experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Interiors Design/ Interior Architect degree.
- Be confident running projects from start to finish along side a senior designer.
- Able to demonstrate experience of completed UK based projects.
- Confident to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience in bespoke detailing and good knowledge of finishes and materials.
- Experience in generating 3D design model / visuals.
- Will be involved in all aspects of the design process from initial client briefs, to final presentations and assisting on-site installations.
- This is an ideal role if the candidate have positive attitude and a strong passion for design to grow and learn.
- Strong knowledge of Vectoryworks (prefered), or AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Salary £22,000 - £25,000.
