Architect / Designer
29/12/2015C7A is currently seeking motivated individuals for full-time employment who are passionate about design, looking to join a creative collaborative practice and meet the criteria listed below:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
- 5-7 years professional experience as an Architect / Designer.
- Professional experience using Revit and AutoCad is required.
- Experience with commercial scale buildings and building system components as well as large scale site planning preferred.
- Some experience in large scale housing/residential preferred.
- Significant professional experience using InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUp is highly desirable but not required.
- Professional registration is not required but desirable, and progress toward licensure and leed certification is preferred.

Intermediate Architect

We have a diverse portfolio, having completed a wide range of K-12 and higher ed, civic, healthcare, and commercial buildings for public and private clients. We are actively seeking Intermediate Architects with 2-6 years of experience. Candidates must have a professional degree. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self motivated and committed to all facets of building design and detailing. The employee will be involved in all phases of work from code and zoning analysis, programming, schematic design, construction documents and construction administration. MDSA provides excellent opportunities for individuals to excel professionally in an energetic environment where personal growth is encouraged.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be well organized for working in a studio environment. Strong graphic skills and software proficiency is required. Only applicants local to the NYC metro area please.
