- Architectural Degree holders with minimum 8 years' post HKIA qualification experience on local projects.
- Has design flair on large scale residential development and mix-use commercial and hospitality projects in Hong Kong and PRC.
- In-depth knowledge on sustainable design and details.
- Demonstrate sound leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Architect.

The design team is comprised entirely of architects and ex-architects working across every field of design - architectural experience, product design, digital design, advertising graphics, typography, brand strategy, etc etc.
We need highly intelligent, independently minded people who can work in a fast-paced environment. You should be flexible and your skill set should be both advanced and wide. We like to hire architects because architects are generally interested in a broad spectrum of design fields and we all speak the same language.
Our office has a 30 year history of innovation in branding, design, and business - you will know our work when you see it. We are located in the meatpacking district and our office boasts a library of nearly 30,000 design books. This is a great opportunity for those of you who wish to escape the hum-drum life as a cog in the machine of a boring architecture office.
Requirements:
- BArch, MArch or equivalent degree in a related field such as Industrial Design.
- 2+ years experience at a creative architecture firm or design office.
- High proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. 3D modeling and rendering proficiency is required as well. We use Rhino, 3ds Max nd Maxwell Render but you are free to use whatever you are comfortable with. After Effects, Premiere, etc are a huge plus.
- Ability to follow instructions with limited supervision.
- Ability to think critically and contribute creative work to projects.
- Genuine interest and knowledge of design, architecture, art, history, fashion, business, branding, etc.
