Must have at least 8+ years experience and be capable of designing and managing a project from conception through to construction administration. We’re looking for an individual with a tremendous desire to take ownership and help grow a unique architecture business into one of the leading practices across the globe. Exceptional graphic, design, communication, and technical skills will help secure the position in this exciting work environment. Duties include:

- Communication with client & consultant team.
- Technical production of drawing sets.
- Designing strong concept and building solutions.
- Management of junior team members.

Essential skills:

- Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Project coordination skills.
- Technical detailing & construction administration.
- Requirement: Revit, Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time.
- Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
- Great interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods.

Experience & qualifications:

- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architect / Designer on built and published works.
- Filing, construction documents and construction administration.
- Licensed in California (New York is an asset).
- Leed certification is an asset.
- Has all legal permits and visas required to work in USA.
