- Minimum experience: 15 years.
- Related degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Experience with large scale resort projects.
- Experience with US and Overseas buildings.
- Strong understanding of drawings and specs integration.
- Understanding of fast-track multiple-phased document releases.
- Understanding of interior architectural design.
- Comfort working with designers and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience with current drawing software Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong ability to coordinate and integrate multidiscipline consultants.
- Working knowledge of model building codes.
- Professional license preferred.

MoDe Studio is a development, design, and consulting workshop established in 2011. Challenging the conventional model — where designers execute the developers' vision — at MoDe Studio we integrate thinking from several disciplines (real estate finance, market analysis, urban planning, landscape architecture, architectural design, and environmental sciences, among others) to provide a comprehensive development platform. What we’re looking for:

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing,
- Be proactive, professional, diligent, organized, and resourceful.
- Have a professional degree in Architecture, preferably Master in Architecture (or Urban Design).
- Have 2+ years of professional work experience.
- Exhibit exceptional design abilities.
- Be knowledgeable and experienced in presentation deliverables (AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Physical Models, and others).
- Be able to start work immediately in Boston, Massachusetts.
