Experience & skills required:

- We are looking for an ARB registered Architect with mature and innovative design skills and demonstrable experience in the residential / domestic sector.
- The candidate should ideally have upwards of 2 years post Part-3 experience.
- They will be expected to run their own projects from inception to completion including all stages as well as high resolution detailing and contract administration.
- They must also possess an ability to engage with a diverse range of people involved in the design process, client satisfaction being paramount.
- They will need to be proactive and able take initiative.
- They must possess excellent CAD skills.
- They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
