We are seeking an architectural designer with 3+ years of experience to work on a host of innovative adaptive re-use projects in New York City and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in interiors, FF&E, and detailing - with the drawing production capacity to demonstrate and execute ambitious concepts in a fast-paced professional environment. By joining our in-house design studio, you will work alongside our stellar project management and real-estate advisory teams at our sister company, DBI Projects.
This is a full-time position for those currently authorized to work in the USA with a six-month probationary period. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of 3D and Presentation software including, but not limited to, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
