Responsibilities:

All aspects in preparation of design proposals, creative concepts development & arrangement planning presentations to clients, design & detailed design planning.

Requirements:

- Degree / Master / Diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5-7 years International working experience with prestigious architectural offices.
- Relevant experience on large scale projects, specifically governmental and/or administrative buildings.
- Native spoken and written English.
- Availability to work well in a team and give direction.

NYC architecture and planning firm seeking an architect with 1-3 year experience in design, space planning, & selection /presentation of finishes. Must be very organized and a team player. Above all must be willing to contribute to a collaborative environment and add to the culture of the workplace.

Requirements, skills & qualifications:

- Strong design sensibility, with excellent technical and computer skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Self-motivation and efficient execution skills.
- Degree from an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree program.
- Must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe (Indesign and Illustrator) and SketchUp.
